Showcase big hit in Luxor theatre

The annual Showcase of the Muziektheateracademie was once more a great success in a sold-out ‘old’ Luxor Theatre.

On Monday 29 March, students from the Muziektheateracademie gave an evening-long musicals programme on the stage of a sold-out ‘old’ Luxor Theatre in Rotterdam.

Over 50 students performed songs from various musicals, both old and contemporary. A journey with impressive dance, and famous and less well-known musical repertoire: marvellous duets, great ensembles and fantastic close-harmony singing.
The Muziektheater students were accompanied live by a large orchestra consisting of students from Rotterdam Conservatoire.
It was a spectacular evening which ended with a standing ovation for the young up-and-coming musical talents.
