What is Studielink?
Studielink is the online enrolment wizard with which students(-to-be) can (re-)enroll for a course at a professional university or university. It concerns all the institutions financed by the government. Students can also use this wizard to de-enroll or pass on a change. You can access the enrollment wizard of Codarts, University of the Arts through: https://app.studielink.nl/vchfos/selectLanguageAction.do?lang=en&pageName=welcome.
Via Studielink, the application data of the students are automatically passed on to DUO (formerly known as IB-Group).
Through the introduction of Studielink, the administration surrounding a study in higher education is much more conveniently arranged. Instead of filling in various forms for different organisations, the (re-) enrollment and applications for study finance will be processed through a single digital window: Studielink.
Studielink offers the possibility to verify personal data and preparatory training data of the student who applies to an affiliated institution. After verification, the student-to-be no longer needs to deliver copies of diplomas, grade lists and passport to the institution and/or DUO (formerly known as IB-Group), unless: DUO is not capable of verifying your data. In that case, your data need to be verified by Codarts with a (certified*) copy.
*certified: a copy of the original diploma with an original stamp (& signature) of the institution, NOT a copy of a stamp

o My diploma can not be verified
DUO (IB-Groep) was not able to verify your preliminary education via Studielink. A reason for this can be that you still have to graduate or that you filled in a wrong graduation date. Check if your graduation date in Studielink corresponds with the date of graduation on your diploma. (log in on Studielink, go in the menu on the left to “My details”; go to “previous education”.)

I do not have a (completed) upper secondary diploma or higher education diploma, can I apply?
For admission to the Rotterdam Conservatoire, Rotterdam Dance Academy and Rotterdam Circus Arts you need to have a valid upper secondary or higher diploma in September of the applying academic year. In special cases exceptions can be made on the diploma requirements.
The applying student needs to take a test at the institution for career choice, the AOB-test. With this test (in English or Dutch) the sufficiency of basic knowledge will be determined to follow the study. The costs for this test are for the (applying) student.
Besides a valid diploma or AOB test, the applying student has to pass the audition and be placed in the programme. Every programme has its own selection criteria and admission requirements.
